Corrosion resistance: Chromium, nickel, tungsten, nitrogen and other elements are added to the alloy material, forming a dense anti-oxidation passivation film on the surface, which can effectively resist the erosion of corrosive media in flue gas.
High casting precision: Adopting sand mold precision casting + cnc turning technology, the key mating parts do not require secondary finishing and can be directly installed for use.
Excellent toughness: Through vacuum smelting and local heat treatment technology, the internal structure of the alloy is optimized, reducing defects such as pores and sand holes, and improving the impact toughness and tensile strength of alloy steel grate bars.

They form a complete grate surface through single-piece splicing, mainly responsible for supporting the combustion of fuels such as coal and biomass, cooperating with grate transmission to transport fuels, and realizing the key function of uniform air distribution and combustion support through surface gaps.
They are in direct contact with flames and high-temperature slag, and are in harsh working conditions of medium-high temperature thermal radiation, flue gas corrosion, and furnace material impact wear for a long time, serving as the essential basic accessories to ensure the smooth operation of the boiler combustion system.
