1.4823 heat-resistant steel boiler cross beam grate is a core load-bearing component for chain grates, reciprocating grates and large-scale industrial boiler combustion systems. Matched with EN 10295 standard GX40CrNiSi27-4 austenitic heat-resistant cast steel, this product is specially developed for long-term stable operation under high-temperature, high-load and flue gas corrosion conditions.​

Material Introduction: 1.4823 (GX40CrNiSi27-4) Heat-Resistant Cast Steel

 

1.4823 is a high-chromium-nickel austenitic heat-resistant cast steel specified in EN 10295, designed for boiler cross beam grates that bear heavy load and work in long-term high-temperature environment.​

C: 0.35–0.45%, Si: 2.0–3.0%, Cr: 26.0–28.0%, Ni: 3.5–5.5%, Mn ≤1.0%, P ≤0.04%, S ≤0.03%
