Introduction to Casting Range

Casting parts for crusher plants are the core wear components that directly determine the productivity and operational reliability of your crushing equipment. From jaw plates and cone mantles to impact blow bars and hammer heads, every casting part must withstand extreme abrasion, high impact loads, and aggressive environments. Our foundry produces a full range of manganese steel castings, high chrome iron castings, and alloy steel castings specifically designed to fit major crusher brands and custom crushing plant configurations.

Our Full Range of Casting Parts for Different Crusher Types

To optimize your crusher plant's performance, we supply casting parts for every major crushing stage:

Jaw Crusher Casting Parts

  • Jaw plates (fixed & movable jaws) – Made from Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2, or Mn22Cr2 manganese steel with excellent work-hardening capability.
  • Cheek plates & wedges – Provide auxiliary wear protection for the jaw crusher frame.
  • Toggle plates – Engineered as a safety device and power transmission component.

Cone Crusher Casting Parts

  • Mantles & concave rings (bowl liners) – High-manganese or Mn18Cr2 with added chromium for extended life in secondary and tertiary crushing.
  • Torch rings, feed plates, and locking bolts – Available in custom dimensions to match your cone crusher model.

Impact Crusher Casting Parts

  • Blow bars (hammers) – Manufactured in high chrome iron (Cr20, Cr26) or ceramic-inserted materials for superior impact resistance.
  • Impact plates & liner plates – Designed to protect the crusher housing while redirecting material flow.

Hammer Crusher Casting Parts

  • Crusher hammers / hammer heads – Bi-metal composite or high manganese steel for crushing limestone, coal, and clinker.
  • Grate bars & screen plates – Custom perforated castings for controlled product sizing.

Gyratory & Roll Crusher Castings

  • Concave segments & mantle liners – Heavy-duty castings for high-throughput primary crushing.
  • Roll shells & crushing rings – Available in alloy steel or Ni-hard iron.

All casting parts can be produced exactly to OEM specifications or reverse-engineered from sample drawings. We support customized casting for any make or model of crusher plant equipment.

Key Product Features & Technical Advantages

Our casting parts for crusher plants are not just ordinary wear parts – they are engineered with metallurgical precision and proven performance. Below are the scientifically-grounded advantages:

Superior Wear Resistance & Work Hardening

  • High manganese steel (Mn13%, Mn18%, Mn22%) conforms to ASTM A128 standard. Under impact load, the surface hardness rapidly increases from 220 HB to over 550 HB, while the core remains tough and ductile. This extends part life by 25-40% compared to standard castings in high-impact applications.
  • High chrome white iron (Cr26, Cr20, Cr15) delivers a hardness of 58-65 HRC and excellent sliding abrasion resistance, making it ideal for impact crushers processing highly abrasive materials like granite and river pebble.

01

Optimized Metallurgical Structure

  • Advanced V-process casting and water-glass sand casting with controlled solidification ensure fine grain structure and elimination of shrinkage porosity.
  • Proprietary heat treatment (water quenching + tempering) fully dissolves carbides and austenitizes the matrix, achieving the optimal balance of hardness and toughness.

02

Precise Dimensions & Fit

  • 3D scanning and CAD/CAM pattern-making guarantee ±1 mm dimensional accuracy on critical mounting surfaces.
  • Each casting is gauge-checked on CMM equipment before shipping, ensuring bolt-free fitment and reduced installation time.

03

Enhanced Impact Toughness

  • Charpy V-notch impact values: ≥120 J/cm² for Mn18Cr2 and ≥80 J/cm² for high chrome alloys – verified by third-party lab reports.
  • This toughness prevents premature cracking or breakage even when feeding tramp iron or oversized material.

04

Customizable Chemistry for Specific Applications

  • We tailor chemical composition based on your feed material abrasivity (e.g., SiO2 content) and crusher type. Options include adding Cr, Mo, Ni, V, Ti for improved hardenability and corrosion resistance.

Applications: Where Our Casting Parts Excel

Our casting parts for crusher plants have been successfully deployed in:

  • Hard rock quarrying (granite, basalt, diabase) – Blow bars and jaw plates last 30% longer due to optimized chrome/manganese microstructure.
  • Metal mines (copper, gold, iron ore) – Cone crusher mantles and concaves achieve 10,000+ tons of throughput before change-out.
  • Cement & clinker plants – Hammer crusher hammers and grate bars resist thermal cycling and alkaline corrosion.
  • Construction & demolition recycling – Impact crusher parts with ceramic reinforcement minimize wear from rebar and concrete.
  • Mobile crusher plants – Lightweight yet durable castings for track-mounted equipment, reducing fuel consumption and maintenance frequency.

Everything You Need to Know

What material should I choose for my jaw crusher jaw plates?

For hard and highly abrasive rocks (granite, basalt), we recommend Mn18Cr2 due to its higher work-hardening rate. For less abrasive materials such as limestone, Mn13Cr2 is more cost-effective. Our engineers can provide recommendations based on the Mohs hardness and silica content of your feed material.

Do you produce casting parts for discontinued or older model crushers?

Yes. We only need you to provide us with product drawings, 3D files, or used/worn replacement parts. For missing patterns, we can recreate them based on your sample or dimensional sketches.

How long do casting parts typically last?

Actual service life depends on the feed material, crusher settings, and throughput. Our records show: Jaw plates: 4,000–10,000 hours; Cone crusher mantles/concaves: 1,500–4,000 hours; Blow bars: 200–600 hours in high-abrasion applications. We guarantee wear life meets or exceeds OEM standards.

Can you provide samples before mass production?

Absolutely. We support sample orders of 1–2 pieces for field testing. Mass production will proceed after your confirmation.
