Before installation, thoroughly clean molding sand and burrs from the bolt holes and slots to ensure a flat fit. Tighten bolts to the specified torque and apply anti‑loosening measures.
During operation, strictly control feed size. Oversized material beyond the design limit must not enter the crushing chamber. Maintain uniform feeding to avoid impact overload.
