Our ductile iron 450 water-cooled bearing housing is a high-load, high-temperature resistant custom casting solution engineered for industrial rotating machinery. Manufactured with premium QT450-10 / FCD450 / EN-GJS-450-10 ductile iron raw materials, this precision cast bearing seat integrates professional water cooling circulation structure, effectively solving high-temperature ablation, thermal deformation and bearing failure problems of bearings in long-term high-speed operation, heavy-load and high-temperature working conditions. As a core customized mechanical casting part, it is widely applicable to industrial fans, centrifugal pumps, compressors, mining machinery, metallurgical equipment, chemical machinery and other heavy-duty industrial scenarios.
Different from ordinary gray iron bearing housings, our ductile iron 450 water-cooled bearing housing adopts spherical graphite microstructure optimization process, with tensile strength up to 450MPa, yield strength 300MPa, and elongation rate reaching 10%. It doubles the structural strength of gray cast iron products, retains excellent shock absorption and castability, and has better wear resistance, impact resistance and thermal stability, becoming the preferred cooling bearing component for medium and heavy-duty industrial equipment.

Adopts national standard QT450-10 ductile iron casting, with Brinell hardness controlled at 170-200 HB. The unique spherical graphite structure effectively disperses mechanical stress, avoids brittle fracture of traditional cast iron, and maintains stable structural performance under long-term vibration, impact and alternating load. It has 40% higher cost performance than steel castings while realizing steel-like strength.

Efficient Water Cooling Circulation System
Custom integrated water cooling channel design, precise casting forming without secondary welding leakage risk. The closed-loop water cooling structure quickly takes away bearing operation heat, effectively controls the operating temperature below 200℃, prevents bearing thermal expansion, jamming and burnout, and greatly extends the service life of bearings and equipment.

High Precision Casting & Machining
Adopts resin sand casting and lost foam casting processes, with surface roughness up to Ra12.5. After rough machining, finish machining and stress relief heat treatment, the product has high dimensional accuracy, small assembly tolerance, no deformation after long-term use, and perfectly matches various bearing models and equipment installation benchmarks.
