As a key core component in boiler systems, Reciprocating Grate boasts excellent comprehensive corrosion and high-temperature resistance, enabling long-term stable operation under complex working conditions. Its core advantages lie in superior oxidation resistance, sulfur corrosion resistance, carburization resistance and high-temperature resistance, which can effectively resist erosion from high-temperature flue gas and corrosive media, extend equipment service life, and reduce operation and maintenance costs.

 

The main material of the grate bars of this product is cast iron, an iron-carbon alloy with a carbon content of more than 2%. The carbon content of industrial cast iron is usually controlled between 2.5% and 3.5%, and carbon elements mainly exist in the form of graphite, and partially in the form of cementite. In addition to carbon, cast iron also contains 1% to 3% silicon, as well as basic elements such as manganese, phosphorus and sulfur; for special working condition requirements, alloy cast iron can be used, with alloy elements such as nickel, chromium, molybdenum, aluminum and copper added to further enhance performance. Among them, carbon and silicon are the core elements affecting the microstructure and mechanical properties of cast iron. Through precise control of component ratio, it can ensure that Reciprocating Grate adapts to the operation requirements of different boilers.
