Custom Manufacturing Excellence - Seamless & Welded Options
Seamless thick-walled pipe: hot-pierced from solid billets, hot-rolled (1,100–1,250°C), and precision cold-drawn, ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature, no-weld-seam applications; sizes up to 24″ NPS. Welded large-diameter pipe: formed from certified HRAP/2B coil or plate using TIG, plasma, or submerged arc welding with full argon shielding, followed by full solution annealing (1,050–1,150°C) to restore toughness. Welded offers diameters up to 48″ and beyond, with 25% lower cost and faster delivery versus seamless.

Full-Path Quality Control & Complete Traceability
Comprehensive inspection: raw material spectro analysis → 100% dimensional and visual checks → mechanical testing (tensile, hardness, flattening, flaring) → 100% hydrostatic test or NDT (ET/UT/RT) → optional intergranular corrosion test → final surface inspection and protective packaging. All results are documented on mill test certificates and are fully traceable to the heat number. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) available on request.
