The outer layer is made of high-strength S235 steel pipe or 20# seamless steel, which provides stable structural support and excellent pressure-bearing capacity, ensuring that the elbow does not deform or burst even under extreme pumping pressure (up to 28.5 MPa burst pressure). The inner layer is coated with a high-density chromium carbide hardfacing layer (4-8 mm thick) or high-purity alumina ceramic liner, with a surface hardness reaching 59-62 HRC (even up to 68 HRC for high-performance models), which is second only to diamond and can effectively resist the abrasive erosion of concrete aggregates. Through precision casting, seamless welding and ultra-high frequency quenching processes, the inner and outer layers form a firm metallurgical bond, avoiding layer separation or detachment during long-term use, and ensuring structural integrity and operational safety.
