The 310S Vacuum Furnace Charging Basket takes 310S (0Cr25Ni20) austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel as the core material, which is the preferred material for vacuum furnace tooling due to its unique component advantages and excellent performance characteristics. 310S stainless steel contains 24.0%-26.0% chromium and 19.0%-22.0% nickel, with a carbon content of no more than 0.08%. This high nickel-chromium composition forms a dense Cr₂O₃ passivation film on the surface, ensuring that there is no volatile matter in the high-temperature vacuum environment and no oxide scale peeling, which effectively avoids contamination of the vacuum chamber and heating elements, and also prevents workpiece rework caused by oxide scale adhesion. At the same time, the full austenitic structure of 310S stainless steel endows the charging basket with excellent high-temperature creep resistance and thermal fatigue resistance, which can stably operate continuously at 1150℃, with a maximum service temperature of up to 1200℃, and no deformation or cracking even under frequent cold and heat cycles.
