The alumina ceramic Ball Mill Wear Resistant Liner Board is made of high-purity alumina as the main raw material, sintered at 1650°C high temperature, with hardness second only to diamond (HRA≥85), and its wear resistance is more than 20 times that of ordinary metal liner plates, which can greatly extend the service life of the liner plate to more than 3 years under the same working conditions. The composite Ball Mill Wear Resistant Liner Board combines the advantages of multiple materials, such as the wear resistance of ceramic and the impact resistance of rubber, which not only reduces the running noise of the equipment, but also has excellent shock absorption performance, suitable for harsh working environments with high impact and high wear.
In structural design, the Ball Mill Wear Resistant Liner Board adopts a humanized and scientific design based on the principle of ball mill operation and the movement law of materials. According to the different positions of the liner plate in the ball mill (cylinder, head, grate plate), we design different structural types such as fixed type, combined type and adjustable type. The combined liner plate can be partially replaced, which shortens the shutdown maintenance time and reduces the maintenance cost; the adjustable liner plate can optimize the movement path of materials by adjusting the angle, improve the grinding efficiency and reduce energy consumption; the staggered joint installation design of the ceramic liner plate can avoid the generation of grooves and ensure the smooth operation of materials. At the same time, we optimize the fixing method of the liner plate, and adopt bolt fixing (with ceramic bolt sleeve) and adhesive fixing according to different equipment sizes and working conditions. The bolt fixing has high connection strength, suitable for large ball mills, while the adhesive fixing is simple and convenient, suitable for small and medium-sized ball mills, ensuring that the liner plate is not easy to loose or fall off during long-term high-speed operation.
