Its microstructure contains a large amount of high-hardness chromium carbides, which can effectively resist the cutting and scraping of coal slurry. Which has better wear resistance, Cr26 or Cr27? What standard does your material equivalent to?

Cr27 has a slightly higher chromium content than Cr26, and may have a slightly higher carbide volume, so theoretically its wear resistance is slightly better. However, the performance of the two is very close, and both fall within the category of high chrome cast iron. Our KmTBCr26 material has stable performance. It not only complies with the Chinese GB/T 8263 standard but is also widely considered equivalent to the international standard for High Chrome Cr26.
